Hello, ABS! This challenge is all about working your deep core and pelvic floor muscles. Don't let the quick workouts fool you -- these short abs workouts will leave your core feeling toasty!
I will guide you through some of my favourite abdominal, oblique, deep core, and pelvic floor exercises to help you achieve a more toned stomach and waistline and if done consistently, may even help you to get a six-pack!
In my experience, these moves leave my core burning, me sweating and my abs feeling so good.
There is no equipment necessary for these workouts, they can be done in a small space and have minimal breaks. Feel free to pause if you need to and then carry on -- no quitting! :)
